FAQ.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Most 2-bay Refresh jobs take 5–7 hours. Tune-Ups are about a half-day. Overhauls can be a full day or split across two depending on garage size and condition.
WHY FLAT-RATE INSTEAD OF HOURLY?
Hourly billing penalizes you when the job takes longer than expected. Flat-rate means you know the number before we start and there's no awkward meter-watching. We absorb the risk on tough jobs and you get certainty.
WHAT IF MY GARAGE IS WORSE THAN THE PHOTOS SUGGEST?
We walk through with you before starting. If conditions are materially different from your photos, we'll discuss together — sometimes we adjust the quote, sometimes we proceed at the agreed price. We never spring surprise charges mid-job.
DO YOU HAUL AWAY JUNK?
Not yet — we're saving for a truck. For now, we sort and bag everything for you and can refer you to a trusted local hauler if you need pickup. Small household trash bags we move to your existing bins as a courtesy.
DO YOU INSTALL SHELVING OR DO REPAIRS?
No. We're a cleaning + organizing service, not a handyman service. We organize using whatever shelves, hooks, and storage you already have. If you need new storage installed, we can recommend installers.
WHAT WON'T YOU TAKE AWAY?
No paint, motor oil, gasoline, antifreeze, batteries (any kind), propane tanks, pesticides, asbestos, tires, or biohazards. If we find any of those, we'll set them aside for you and let you know where to dispose properly.
